So how’s t-shirt land been? I’ve been away a while and haven’t had the chance to keep tabs like I usually do, but I am still around. Real life’s got to come first, after all.
If you know me, you’ll know that when I’m not tending to my herd of unicorns or feeding small children to the alligators at the zoo I’m usually pretty active online. I’ve been pretty absent from Facebook, Twitter, and here.
I miss TRB the most though, so let me fill you in on what’s coming up. I’ve got a few more t-shirt sites that have been sort of sitting in the oven for a while, and I’m going to try to squirt those out this month. I’m pretty good at half-baking an idea and design, then not flipping the switch and making it a live site. It’s about time to change that.
I’ve also got a handful of Thread Notes TV episodes recorded and sitting on the hard drive. As soon as I can edit those, they’ll be up for you to enjoy. I enjoy shooting them, but the editing is crazy time-consuming.
Anyways, I appreciate you stopping by and those of you that have asked to make sure I’m alright, here’s to finally having the time to touch the PC again!
It’s only been forever and a day, I know. I’ve decided though that I very much enjoyed the time I spent here and want to experience that again. I love hearing about the great tees that people were able to find through my site and knowing that I was able to connect a person with a great t-shirt printer and get someone wearing something they fell in love with online.
So here I am, new design in hand and a pocketful of ideas! I’m still fleshing out some of the site here and I’m still toying around with a few things…so watch your step as I try new ideas here. As always, comments and suggestions are more than welcome.
If you step back through the archives you’ll get a taste for the variety of tees you’ll tend to see here. Sometimes something abstract and artistic catches my eye, and sometimes it’s something stupid and clever. You’re going to see me write about shirts you love, and shirts you hate. You can’t please everybody, taste is too subjective I think. Anyways, leave comments…let me know what you think of the t-shirts.
T-shirts show up…and t-shirts disappear. Nothing lasts forever, and that’s certainly true in the t-shirt world. Hell, there’s an entire sub-market dedicated to ultra-exclusive “one day availability” t-shirts! If you wade back into the archives here you’re bound to come across t-shirts and even brands that aren’t around anymore. So don’t sweat the occasional broken link, aight?
OH, and I almost forgot. If you haven’t already, sign up for my RSS feed by clicking that link or hitting the subscribe button at the top of the page. You can also subscribe by email if you’d prefer to get updates that way.

Hey all! Thanks for sticking around, I’ve been MIA for quite a while now. There’s been a lot happening in the t-shirt world, and I’ve spent the better part of an afternoon (or more) catching up on all the sweet designs and tee companies that have sprung up since the last time I wrote.
Those of you that have emailed me, I’m working through responses to everyone right now. I’ll get caught up with you soon enough though, your patience is appreciated! Now back to your regularly scheduled programming!

Hey everyone, I hope all is well. I just wanted to thank you all for continuing to stop by during my absence and let you know I’m still alive. Things have been pretty crazy offline as spring goes, but I’ll be back in the saddle with some new t-shirt content in the next few days hopefully.
Those of you that are new here, take a look around! There’s a ton of sweet tees in the archives and stuff for you to check out while I get my butt in gear.
A special thanks also goes out to all the new RSS subscribers, you guys are awesome. I’ll catch up with you all very soon!

Thanks for your patience while I was working on things tonight. I wanted to give everyone a brief rundown of the new things here tonight. I haven’t made all the changes I’ve wanted to, and a few things are partially implemented, but I’ll continue to roll things out in stages. I’ve only got so many hours in a day!
WordPress 2.5 Upgrade
I know I’m a little late to the party on this one, but I upgraded WordPress to version 2.5. That doesn’t mean a whole lot from your perspective, but it gives me some neat tools under the hood to keep things truckin’ along here.
Find T-Shirts
This is a new section in the sidebar. currently, it will allow you to sort the t-shirt reviews by price. It’s really self-explanatory, and I think it’ll help you find not only shirts that you like, but shirts that are in your price range.
At the end of each post you’ll find a group of related posts. The related posts plugin actually reads and compares articles and doesn’t just rely on tags, keywords and the post title. The result? The posts listed are your best bet for a next move when you’ve finished a review, unless you want to buy the shirt of course!
Post Ratings
You can also rate each post 1-5 stars now. You can either rate my review or how you like the t-shirt, either one works. As always, if you really want to leave some feedback, that comment link is your best friend.
Ad Changes
The banner ads at the top and bottom of the page have been removed. They were sold through Project Wonderful (which is a great service) but you may have noticed they were not as targeted as they should be and were often unrelated to t-shirts. I’ve since replaced them with context-sensitive ads in the sidebar, so there’s more t-shirt goodness and less webcomic crap!
There’s a small handful of other tweaks as well, but that about covers it for tonight. Hopefully these changes will help you better enjoy the time you spend at T-Shirt Review Blog. Thanks again for reading!
